Looking at the wordcloud, we can automatically have a glimpse of the larger overview of the speech. US- India partnership in the present context is visible here.

Next step of the analysis: "Sentiment Analysis of the Speech".
After observing the "LOESS Smoothing" of the data, we can observe that the speech is showing the inclination towards the positive side of the sentiment in most of the part. The visible trough in the second quarter is due to the terror attack reference happened in India.
It was indeed a well thought out aggregation of words that will have a far reaching consequences on the relationships of the worlds largest democracies!!
